Valentine's Day

To make the "froth" on the top of the candle, heat up the wax, and then beat it in a bowl with electric beaters until frothy. While still hot, spoon it into a piping bag, and carefully pipe over the candle. You'll have to work quickly and may have to do it in several passes. Add sprinkles to the top while the wax is still hot.

Water coloring on cards is a fun technique to add interest to a card. Make sure to to use an ink that won't smear with water to stamp the outline image. As you can see with the ducks, you can go lighter or darker by varying the ink to water ratio.

Make your own background or "designer paper" by stamping all over a piece of white paper with multiple stamps and colors. Turn the stamps different directions to add visual interest.
